THE FUCK IS THIS?!
Enter The 36 Courses is a Culinary Journey honoring
the Greatest Hip-Hop Crew of ALL FUCKIN’ TIME.
The Wu Tang Clan.
Each event is a stop along the Journey with several dishes inspired
by a song, album, or member of the Wu.
Keeping with the principles of Wu-Tang thought and artistry,
a course is more than just the food by RICE & SHINE.
RHYME Pairings served by our MC, Vince Perez,
come to the table along with every plate.
McNichol Art features his pieces crafted exclusively for each event.
It's time... to Enter The 36 Courses.

This is what high school Vince was like: Wu-Tang Brand Wallabee kicks, Wu symbols on every classroom chalkboard, rapping “Triumph” after each win on the basketball court, Tiger-style beatboxing in Rahzel fashion.
After buying “Enter the 36 Chambers” his freshman year, the fascination of their metaphors and wordplay (especially the GZA’s | “Like runnin’ rivers, I be that whiskey in your liver!”) took hold of him. And he’s delved deeper in the expansive World of The Wu ever since. He’s the MC behind the Rhyme Pairings for each of our 36 Courses.
From a young age, A.C.’s education in Kung Fu philosophy came from watching his dad’s BetaMax tapes of classics like Master Killer, 8 Diagrams, and Drunken Master. Hearing the RZA sample those familiar words and sounds in “Enter The Wu-Tang 36 Chambers” was life-changing for a hip-hop loving, kung fu watching 90s kid. The gutty, grimey and perfect clash of culture and philosophy has continually motivated and inspired AC since then. He takes pride in his work as he “keeps feedin’ ya and feedin’ ya and feedin’ ya” with food and story, like the 36 Courses concept.
